This Terms of Use Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the use of services (“Services”) provided on or in connection with the ESGtech website, application and platform, located at app.esgtech.ai  (“website”) and related web-based applications (collectively, the “platform”) operated by ESGtech (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by this Agreement and all of its terms without change

You agree to use the services only for purposes as permitted by this agreement and any applicable law, regulation, or generally accepted practices in the relevant jurisdictions.
You agree not to (a) access (or attempt to access) the administrative interface of the services by any means other than through the interface provided by ESGtech in connection with the services, unless you have been specifically allowed to do so in a separate agreement with ESGtech, or (b) engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the services (or the servers and networks connected to the Services).
You may not access the services for the purpose of bringing an intellectual property infringement claim against ESGtech or for the purpose of creating a product or service competitive with the services.

Content

All content posted or otherwise submitted to the platform, is the sole responsibility of the account holder from which such content originates. You acknowledge and agree that you, and not ESGtech, are entirely responsible for all content that you post, or otherwise submit to the platform.
ESGtech does not control user-submitted content and, as such, does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of such content. You understand that by using the Platform you may be exposed to content that is offensive, indecent or objectionable.

Intellectual Property

ESGtech provides paid services for which users need to pay with real money. These Services are subject to fees, taxes, and currency rates as stated on the payment page. We don’t offer refunds for our Services unless required by law.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these terms at any time. If a revision is material we will provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
